When you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself.

Select Forgot your password?
Enter your E-Mail address, which is registered in the portal. Select Reset my password. We will send you an E-Mail with a link to restore the password.

When you don't know which E-Mail address you used to register to the portal, the support team can reset your password.
